Ballroom Dance Studio Invited to Perform at Boston's Official Tree Lighting
Needham, MA -- November 5, 2007 -- The newest ballroom dance studio to open in Needham has a long tradition of excellence. Studio 665 of Needham just celebrated a ribbon-cutting ceremony with the Needham Chamber of Commerce and already they have been invited to perform at Boston’s Official Tree Lighting Ceremony on Thursday, November 29th at 6:00PM. “The dancers from Studio 665 perform all around the country,” said Studio 665 owner Mark Nocera, “We were thrilled to receive the invitation from the City of Boston to perform at Boston’s Tree Lighting Ceremony. We are honored to be part of the festivities and we looking forward to putting on a great show.”
Studio 665 has been the area’s number one dance studio for over twenty years providing dance lessons for wedding preparation, nightclub dancing, and instruction for amateurs and professionals. Fans of “Dancing with the Stars” have been flocking to their location in Woburn and now enjoy attending classes at their newest location in Needham.
The lighting of Boston's official Christmas tree will take place on Thursday, November 29th at 6:00PM. Mayor Menino will flip the switch to light the Common, the Public Garden Bridge, and Commonwealth Avenue Mall during a holiday sing-along. Each year, thousands of people of all ages enjoy the stage show and other entertainment that includes carolers and a visit by Santa.
