Studio Policies
General Studio Policies
- On the dance floor, please wear dance shoes or bring a pair of clean street shoes to change in to. Please help us keep our dance floor as clean as possible.
- Monthly membership holders are charged at the beginning of each month.
- To cancel your monthly membership, you must present a written notice of membership cancellation to Studio 665 (on paper or via e-mail). Submit the cancellation notice before the 1st of the month to avoid the next monthly charge that may be incurred.
Private Lessons
- All private lessons are 45 minutes long, which includes transition time between lessons.
- A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for lesson cancellations.
- If you fail to arrive for a lesson and provide no notice of cancellation, you will be charged in full for the missed lesson (except in the case of a verified medical emergency).
- Studio 665 may provide the Student with any instructor employed by Studio 665 and is not obligated to provide any specific instructor, nor to provide the same instructor for different lessons.
